PATIENTS FORCED TO BUY BRANDED MEDS IN PLACE OF AFFORDABLE GENERICS MAY GET COMPENSATION FOR INJURIES OR HEALTH DECLINE.

Patients forced to split doses, skip doses, or stop meds altogether are urged to request a free, private case review for health declines from:

  • Withdrawal symptoms that required medical care;
  • New illness or injury caused by under-treatment of primary disease;
  • Loss or reduction of mobility;
  • Worsening or prolonging the medical condition for which the drug was prescribed;
  • Suicide or inpatient treatment for suicidal ideation; and,
  • Death.

Seeking justice for victims of alleged collusion between CVS, its Caremark® pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), and Drugmakers.

According to a whistleblower, multiple CVS Health® subsidiaries worked together to prevent patients from accessing generic drugs in an attempt to increase profits.

By pushing customers to buy branded medications as opposed to readily available generic options, CVS® could rake in higher rebates from Drugmakers, some of which were sent as clawbacks to CVS Health® subsidiaries.

Members were also often kept in the dark about potential authorized generic medications or identical drugs that are produced by the same manufacturer but offered at a lower cost—all of which violate Medicare regulations.

But patients covered by private health insurance were allegedly also victims of the CVS-Drugmaker pricing scheme.

Patients were also supposedly kept unaware of authorized generic medications, a move that violated Medicare regulations.

CVS Health® subsidiaries allegedly believed that because SilverScripts® Part D customers receive subsidies to cover their medication expenses, they were less likely to complain about the costs
